QEVORI Contracts
Privacy Notice
This notice is specific to QEVORI Contracts and controlled tender-intelligence and bid-compliance pilots. It does not govern QEVORI Study.
1. Scope
This notice applies when an organisation evaluates or uses QEVORI Contracts, contacts QEVORI about the product, or participates in a controlled pilot.
2. Information a Contracts pilot may process
Depending on the pilot, QEVORI Contracts may process business contact details, account and role information, tender documents, bid requirements, compliance matrices, company evidence supplied by the customer, proposal/review material, support communications, and security or audit records. Customers should not provide passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or personal data that is not reasonably necessary for the agreed tender workflow.
3. Why information is used
Information is used to provision access, operate the tender workflow, extract and organise requirements, support evidence-grounded drafting and review, maintain auditability, protect the service, troubleshoot issues and measure the agreed pilot outcomes.
4. AI-assisted processing
Some Contracts workflows may use AI to extract, classify, summarise or draft from customer-provided material. AI output may be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by an authorised user. QEVORI Contracts does not guarantee bid eligibility, compliance, evaluation scores or contract awards. If an external AI provider will receive customer documents in a pilot, that provider and the relevant handling arrangement should be disclosed to the customer before that processing begins.
5. Private-pilot isolation
The current private-pilot approach is designed around a separate organisation deployment/database rather than a shared multi-tenant data store. This reduces cross-customer exposure while the product remains in controlled pilot stage, but no technical system can be described as risk-free.
6. Sharing and service providers
Information may be handled by service providers needed to host, secure, communicate or operate the agreed pilot. QEVORI should limit access to what is necessary for the service and the customer's instructions. QEVORI does not sell customer tender documents.
7. Retention and deletion
Pilot data should be retained only for the period needed to deliver the agreed pilot, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Customer-specific deletion/export expectations should be recorded in the pilot agreement.
8. Personal-data rights and Ghana requirements
Where personal data is processed, QEVORI intends to handle it in accordance with applicable Ghanaian data-protection requirements. Access, correction or deletion requests may be sent to support@qevori.com. QEVORI will not describe itself as registered or certified by the Ghana Data Protection Commission unless that status is actually obtained.
9. Security
QEVORI uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the controlled-pilot stage, including access controls and organisation isolation. Customers remain responsible for deciding what tender and corporate information they are authorised to provide.
