QEVORI Contracts
Terms of Use

These terms are specific to the QEVORI Contracts tender-intelligence and bid-compliance product. They do not govern QEVORI Study.

Private-pilot stage: a customer's signed pilot, order form or engagement terms may add to or override these website terms for that engagement.

1. Product purpose

QEVORI Contracts helps authorised tender teams qualify opportunities, organise tender requirements, build compliance matrices, manage customer-supplied evidence, prepare evidence-grounded drafts and conduct review workflows.

2. No procurement guarantee

QEVORI Contracts does not guarantee eligibility, compliance, evaluation scores, tender awards, contract awards or revenue. Procurement decisions remain with the relevant buyer/evaluation body and the customer's own authorised team.

3. No automatic submission

The product is not authorised to impersonate a bidder, bypass procurement controls, evade authentication or automatically submit a bid to GHANEPS or another procurement portal on the customer's behalf unless a separate lawful, expressly authorised integration is later agreed.

4. Customer authority and evidence integrity

The customer must have the right to upload and use the tender documents, corporate evidence and other materials it provides. Users must not ask QEVORI to fabricate certificates, experience, personnel, financial information, statutory compliance, signatures or other bid evidence. Missing evidence should remain identified as missing until authorised evidence is supplied.

5. AI-assisted output

AI-assisted extraction, classification, summarisation and drafting may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users are responsible for reviewing tender requirements, dates, eligibility conditions, evidence and final bid material before relying on it.

6. Access and pilot security

Access is limited to authorised users provisioned for the relevant organisation. Users must protect credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Current private pilots may use isolated organisation deployments/databases rather than a shared multi-tenant environment.

7. Confidential information

Each party should use the other party's confidential information only for the agreed evaluation or pilot and protect it with reasonable care. More detailed confidentiality obligations may be included in a pilot agreement or NDA.

8. Fees and commercial terms

Any pilot fee, subscription fee, scope, service level, cancellation or payment term is governed by the written commercial offer or pilot agreement accepted by the customer. QEVORI Study's consumer refund policy does not apply to QEVORI Contracts.

9. Intellectual property

QEVORI retains rights in its software, product design and underlying technology. Customers retain rights in their tender documents, corporate evidence and customer-owned material, subject to the limited processing rights needed to provide the agreed service.

10. Suspension and termination

QEVORI may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, respond to suspected misuse, comply with law or enforce an agreed pilot. On termination, data return/deletion should follow the applicable pilot terms and privacy notice.

11. Governing framework

Unless a signed customer agreement states otherwise, these terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable in Ghana. Nothing in these website terms should be read as a claim of regulatory approval or procurement endorsement.
