Pilot controls

  • one isolated workspace/database per customer pilot;
  • customer-approved tender and corporate evidence only;
  • human review before material is treated as submission-ready;
  • unknown facts are not silently completed;
  • access and audit controls are part of the pilot build.

Remaining production gates

  • full shared-tenant isolation/IDOR testing before multi-tenant SaaS;
  • MFA and broader session-management hardening;
  • managed production secrets, backup/restore and incident-response drills;
  • formal privacy/data-processing documentation and applicable registration;
  • permissioned real-tender AI-quality evaluation and regression testing.
