Privacy Policy

How QEVORI Study collects, uses and protects information when you use the website, application and related services.

Effective date: 27 July 2026

This policy describes the current intended operation of QEVORI Study. Features and data practices may evolve as the product develops, and this page will be updated when material changes are introduced.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the QEVORI Study website, mobile or desktop applications, backend services, support channels and any related service that links to this policy. “QEVORI Study,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the QEVORI Study educational platform and its operator.

2. Information we may collect

Information you provide

  • Account and contact information, such as your name and email address.
  • Study content, including prompts, questions, lecture notes, documents, images, audio, video instructions and other materials you choose to submit.
  • Course, assessment, progress and study-planning information you create in QEVORI Study.
  • Messages you send to support, including information needed to investigate a complaint, dispute or technical issue.

Information generated through use

  • Usage information, such as features used, study activity, quota consumption and general interaction events.
  • Technical information, such as device type, browser, app version, operating system, IP address, error logs and diagnostic information where available.
  • Entitlement information, such as whether an account has Free, Pro or creator access and the expiry date of a paid pass.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve QEVORI Study, personalize study experiences, generate AI-assisted output, maintain account access, verify payments, enforce fair-use limits, protect the service, investigate misuse, respond to support requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and improve features. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

4. AI processing

QEVORI Study uses third-party artificial-intelligence infrastructure, including Google Gemini services, to provide tutoring, analysis, document processing and content-generation features. Content you submit to an AI feature may be transmitted to the relevant provider for processing and returned to QEVORI Study as an output.

When the Google Gemini API Free Tier is used, Google states that submitted data may be used to improve its products. Do not submit confidential examination material, highly sensitive personal information or content you are not authorized to share. A future paid processing tier may follow different provider data-use terms. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be checked before important use.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Paystack. Payment providers may collect your email, transaction reference, amount, currency, payment channel and the financial information required to complete a Card or Mobile Money transaction. QEVORI Study does not need to store your full card number or Mobile Money credentials.

We may receive payment confirmation and transaction metadata from Paystack so that we can activate a Pro pass, investigate a failed transaction or process an eligible refund.

6. When information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate QEVORI Study, such as cloud hosting, AI processing, payment processing, email or customer support providers. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users or defend the rights and security of QEVORI Study.

Service providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Some information may be stored locally on your device. Payment and access records may be retained longer where needed for fraud prevention, accounting or dispute handling.

When deletion is requested, some information may remain in backups or records that must be retained for legitimate legal, security or operational reasons.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account, or object to certain processing. You can also choose not to submit optional content, stop using a feature or uninstall the application.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. However, no internet service, storage system or transmission method is completely secure. Keep account credentials and creator access codes private, use a secure device and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Children and students

QEVORI Study is designed for learners, including students who may be under the age of 18. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent, a parent, guardian, school or authorized adult should review and approve use of the service. QEVORI Study should not be used to collect sensitive information about children without appropriate authorization.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as QEVORI Study changes. The effective date at the top of the page will be revised when a new version is published. Material changes may also be communicated through the application, website or email where appropriate.
