The rules that govern access to and use of QEVORI Study.

You may use QEVORI Study only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement in your location, a parent, guardian, school or authorized adult must approve your use.
QEVORI Study is educational software that provides tools such as AI-assisted tutoring, exam simulations, lecture processing, study planning, progress tracking and content creation. QEVORI Study is not a school, university, examination body or awarding institution and does not grant qualifications.
Features may be labeled Free, Pro, preview, experimental or coming soon. We may improve, replace, restrict or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping passwords, signed-in account sessions and creator access codes confidential. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you believe your account or access credentials have been compromised.
Access rights are personal and may not be resold, shared commercially or transferred without written permission.
QEVORI Study may offer Free access and multiple paid Pro access periods, including monthly, quarterly, yearly and lifetime options. Current plan names, prices and durations are loaded from the QEVORI Study billing catalogue and are shown before checkout. Fixed-duration plans use manual renewal at launch; lifetime access is a one-time purchase.
Payments are processed by Paystack. A Pro pass is activated only after successful server-side verification of the payment. Purchasing another fixed-duration pass before the current pass expires extends the remaining period where the service supports that feature. A lifetime purchase does not expire.
Usage is subject to fair-use and quota limits. Limits help protect service reliability and manage the cost of AI generation. Current limits may vary by feature and plan and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.
You must not use QEVORI Study to:
Academic institutions may have their own AI and academic-integrity rules. You are responsible for following them.
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant QEVORI Study a limited permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content. Remove confidential or sensitive information that is not needed for your learning task.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular purpose. QEVORI Study is a study aid and does not replace lecturers, official course materials, qualified professionals or independent judgment.
Always verify important answers, calculations, citations and instructions. You remain responsible for how you use generated content and for any work you submit.
The QEVORI Study name, design, software, interfaces, code, original content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
We aim to keep QEVORI Study available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, security incidents or changes to third-party services may affect availability.
We may change technical requirements, supported devices, AI models, quotas, prices or features. Where practical, material changes affecting paid access will be communicated before they take effect.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, non-payment, serious misuse or violation of these Terms. You may stop using QEVORI Study at any time. Expiry of a paid pass does not automatically delete an account.
QEVORI Study is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a particular examination score, admission decision, academic award, employment outcome or financial result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QEVORI Study and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, total liability relating to a paid pass will be limited to the amount paid for that pass, except where the law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your location. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
